Manual therapy is a specialized physiotherapy treatment method for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Through targeted mobilization techniques and active exercises, joint mobility, muscle function and neuromuscular control are improved.

Procedure
Treatment is based on a manual therapy assessment and includes joint-friendly mobilization techniques, stretching, strengthening exercises and instruction in individual home exercises.
